        • What are the requirements for New Connections/Meter Transfers?

        • SFELAPCO REQUIREMENTS
          FOR NEW CONNECTIONS
          AND TRANSFER OF METER


          1.  Electrical Plan and Permit as required by the City/Town government.

          2.  Valid ID (SSS, GSIS, Driver's License, PRC, Voter's ID)

          3.  Tax Identification Number (TIN) as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue

          In the absence of the applicant, a notarized authorization letter shall be executed for his representative. Both IDs of the application and his representative should be presented during application.

          For rented apartment or business establishment, a copy of the contract between the owner and the renter should be submitted during application. An undertaking on guarantee of payment should also be executed by both parties.

          For modification or change in account name, please bring proof of ownership (deed of sale or contract to sell).

           
          Note: Meter transfer is no longer among our services to our customers. Any request for electrical service (new/additional separate meter) should conform to the above requirements.
