We and our business partners may contact you on a legitimate interest basis about similar products and/or services, once you have negotiated us. We may contact you during attendance to line trouble and/or attendance to consumer requests and other things that affect your electric service. | |
Except as required by law, we will not use or disclose your personal data for any purpose for which you have not given us your consent or later withdraw your consent. Records of your personal data are stored and retained in our database for a period of additional 1 year from formal termination of your electric service in accordance to the retention, storage and protection policies established by our Company. Physical security measures are implemented to safeguards hard copies and hardware containing your personal data, and only authorized personnel shall have access to your information. Appropriate disposal or destruction procedures shall then be performed. | |
